Larry Sparano and I discuss the report in the Financial Times that Putin has modified his conditions for a settlement of the conflict. No confirmation of the Financial Times’ report has been forthcoming. The lack of comment by the spokespersons for the Russian Foreign Ministry and the Kremlin is puzzling. This morning’s report of the details of Trump’s peace deal, already rejected by Zelensky, are somewhat confusing.
