On this day in 1184 BC, according to tradition, the Greeks treacherously invaded and sacked the city of Troy, killing men and children, raping women, and wreaking destruction, through the use of a Trojan Horse (see Aeneid II).
The Greeks pretended to depart for home, leaving an immense wooden horse behind as a “gift.” Disregarding the warning of the priest Laocoön and the prophetess Cassandra, the Trojans brought the horse within their walls. But hidden inside, thanks to the insidiously crafty Odysseus, were Greek warriors who later emerged from the horse to sack the city. In our day, the Trojan Horse of Democrats’ Marxism contains many “Greeks” seeking to destroy our country, including LGBTQ ideology, DEI, anti-Americanism, CRT, antisemitism, sexually grooming kids, the abortion death cult, anti-Christianity, socialism, weaponized courts, and more.
