The Supreme Court is supposed to be the firewall—the last line of defense—when elected officials and bureaucrats try to trample the Constitution. But what happens when one of the justices can’t even define basic terms like “woman” and sides against parents in favor of indoctrination? You get Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who, once again, proved her loyalty is to the political Left—not to the law, not to parents, and certainly not to the Constitution.
Let’s set the stage clearly: Parents in Montgomery County, Maryland, are pushing back against a school-mandated LGBTQ curriculum that requires students to engage with ideologically charged material. This isn’t a case of optional reading. These books are not gathering dust on the back shelf. They’re integrated into the classroom and forced on children, regardless of parental objection or religious beliefs.
Wow.
Like the dog returning to its vomit, so Justice Jackson returns to this idea that “we don’t know that these books aren’t just sitting on the shelves.”
The Montgomery County Public Schools policy couldn’t be clearer—the kids must be taught these books.

The question before the Supreme Court? Do parents have a constitutional right to shield their children from content that contradicts their religious values?
Most justices, thankfully, appear inclined to side with common sense and constitutional precedent. But not Justice Jackson. No, she either doesn’t understand the details of the case—or worse, she understands them perfectly and still sides against basic parental rights.
When Jackson suggested that the controversial material wasn’t required, she either hadn’t done her homework or was playing dumb to push a narrative. And frankly, neither option is acceptable from a sitting Supreme Court justice. If she truly wasn’t aware that the curriculum was mandatory, that’s judicial malpractice. If she was aware and pretended otherwise, that’s just dishonest.
This woman should have never been put on the High Court. Teaching kids they can change their gender is not only morally wrong but it’s biologically and scientifically incorrect.
This is indoctrination and has nothing to do with inclusivity or inclusion. pic.twitter.com/cyKpG8vRIc

Let’s not sugarcoat it: The argument that parents should simply homeschool their kids if they object to state-mandated indoctrination is insulting. These are taxpayers funding these schools. They are owed a voice, not a condescending shove toward the exit. “Pay up and shut up” is not how a free country works.
Jackson’s position effectively says that LGBTQ ideology holds a superior legal status to religious conviction. That’s not just legally shaky—it’s dangerous. Because if the government can force your child to accept one worldview while denying you the right to opt out, then religious liberty is dead on arrival. And if this precedent stands, it won’t stop at gender ideology. The state could apply the same logic to any number of hot-button issues, and guess who gets trampled in the process? Parents, churches, families.
Justice Kavanaugh with the most important point of the day:
“They’re not asking you to change what’s taught in the classroom. They’re only seeking to be able to walk-out so their children aren’t exposed to things that are contrary to their own beliefs.”pic.twitter.com/03p4RKl6RT

Ketanji Brown Jackson’s rulings are not flukes. They are the natural result of a nominee who came up through the ideological pipeline of leftist academia, political patronage, and woke orthodoxy. She didn’t just fall into this worldview—she was handpicked to advance it. From her “Broadway debut” in an LGBTQ play to her insistence that basic biological terms are undefinable, Jackson has made it clear: Her bench is a bully pulpit for leftist ideology.
Brett Kavanaugh, to his credit, called out the absurdity in the courtroom. He reminded the country that allowing parents a voice in their children’s education isn’t some far-right fever dream—it’s foundational. It’s American.
