The Trump administration notched a big victory in its efforts to rid the country of foreign criminals and other human rubbish.
In a Friday ruling, an immigration judge in Louisiana ruled that the federal government can kick Jew-hating extremist, Columbia University graduate student Mahmoud Khalil out of the United States, a decision that could soon clear the way for other terrorist lovers and agitators to be sent back to where they belong.
Khalil – along with alleged MS-13 gangsta Kilmar Abrego Garcia – are the newest martyrs of the Democrat left which isn’t going to simply accept Judge Jamee Comans’ ruling that the Trump administration has “established by clear and convincing evidence that he is removable,” not with the threat of mob violence already percolating and ready to erupt this summer.

The radical agitator who whipped up anti-Israel animosity at the New York City-based Ivy League school has been held at the Lasalle Detention Facility since he was taken into custody by ICE last month, with Democrat lawmakers demanding his release. Their anger will now go volcanic, especially after the White House celebrated the latest in a series of court wins.

Khalil won’t be booted out yet, not until he gets an appeal but if he doesn’t prevail, the case could be a precedent for others who have exploited their student status to foment antisemitic hatred on college campuses, sucking in American leftists who have been drawn to them like flies to dog feces.
He will be fiercely defended by leftists and Democrats who have been laser-focused on forcing the administration to re-import Garcia, the alleged thug who was “mistakenly” deported with other illegal alien gang bangers from Tren de Aragua and MS-13 to El Salvador’s maximum security CECOT prison.
But Khalil could face losing any legal fight because of the sweeping authority of Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who has the statutory power under the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 to deport those hostile elements whose presence in the country “would have serious adverse foreign policy consequences.”
“The foreign policy of the United States champions core American interests and American citizens and condoning anti-Semitic conduct and disruptive protests in the United States would severely undermine that significant foreign policy objective,” Rubio wrote in a two-page memo
Constitutional law scholar, Professor Jonathan Turley, threw in his two cents on the significance of the case.
…That would be a major win for the Trump Administration. As I just mentioned on Fox, the Administration seemed intent on winning this case on the statute rather than the case facts. It clearly wanted to establish precedent for hundreds of other cases…

…The Administration made a clear decision to emphasize the statutory authority and noted that Rubio could deport for “otherwise lawful” conduct. In that sense, it went for the three point shot and sunk it in the case, at least pending appeal.

Democrats and their allies are trying to make it a free speech issue, but they had no such concerns when peaceful MAGA protesters – including elderly grandmothers – were hunted down like animals by Joe Biden’s Gestapo for merely being in the vicinity of the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Their judges also continue to impede all efforts to remove illegal aliens with a near-daily series of injunctions and temporary restraining orders.
A federal judge on Thursday said she will halt the Trump administration from ending a program that allowed hundreds of thousands of Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans to temporarily live in the United States.

Some will be thwarted, but others will be allowed to stand, and the orders will keep coming until either the Supreme Court or Congress acts to end the flagrant abuse of the legal system, which threatens to undermine public faith in the entire federal judiciary.
Just as the ongoing Garcia matter could be used by Democrat lawfare operatives to set precedent to bring the other criminals back from El Salvador, the Khalil case will likewise set precedent for the long overdue cleanup of malign anti-Israel and anti-American elements who have poisoned the minds of young people.
Deport them all!
