Washington, D.C. — In a devastating blow to the Soros-backed resistance machine, the House of Representatives PASSED H.R. 22—the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility or SAVE Act—on Thursday. The bill requires documentary proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections. Final vote: 220-208, with four House Democrats breaking ranks to join Republicans.
This win for the Trump Agenda came after House Democrats tried every delay tactic in the book. The week prior, they worked overtime to obstruct the bill.
This was a direct hit on the radical Left’s narrative. Their cries of “voter suppression” just went up in smoke. Americans are DONE with illegal voting—and the House just made that clear.
SAVE Act 101: What You Need to Know About Voter ID Reform
The bill is now with the Senate, where the real filibuster battle begins—a critical test for election integrity and Trump-backed voter ID reform.
The 2024 SAVE Act did not receive a vote in the Democrat controlled the Senate (51-49). Schumer killed it.
The SAVE Act provides a common-sense, simple measure to close the vulnerability of non-citizen votes being cast in federal elections. The text of the bill stipulates that “a State may not register an individual to vote in elections for Federal office held in the State unless, at the time the individual applies to register to vote, the individual provides documentary proof of United States citizenship.” Additionally, the bill mandates that every state create a system to identify and remove noncitizens from voter rolls. The legislation urges states to use data from the Department of Homeland Security, state agencies that verify citizenship for documents like driver’s licenses, and the Social Security Administration’s Number Verification Service.
As The Washington Stand reported, nearly four million noncitizens were handed Social Security numbers under the Biden administration. Even more disturbing—an internal review by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) uncovered that many of these noncitizens were not only registered to vote—they had already cast ballots in U.S. elections.
Democrat Defections: Cracks in the Blue Wall
These are the four Democrats who put the American people first instead of their political party:

Rep. Ed Case (HI)

Rep. Henry Cuellar (TX)

Rep. Jared Golden (ME)
Activist organizations are fuming that these moderate House Democrats sided with Republicans to vote for the SAVE Act on Thursday—and it wasn’t a surprise. They had to see it coming—these Democrats were going to break rank.
Déjà Vu: Democrats Keep Defecting on SAVE Act
This isn’t the first time Democrats have broken ranks. In July 2024, five Democrats voted with Republicans to pass H.R. 8281—the first iteration of the SAVE Act. The Biden White House vehemently opposed it. Didn’t matter. The rebellion had begun.
Thursday, four House Democrats—Case, Cuellar, Golden, and Perez—voted YES to secure our elections and put citizens first. The bombshell: Ed Case, who didn’t vote for the bill in 2024, flipped in 2025. That’s not a crack—it’s a breach.
This isn’t the first time Congressman Case has surprised Democrats by going against the party line. In March, he was one of 10 House Democrats to vote with Republicans to censure Rep. Al Green (D-TX) for his disruptive behavior during Trump’s address to Congress.
In an email to Honolulu Civil Beat, Congressman Case defended his SAVE Act vote, emphasizing that noncitizen voting is illegal and that the bill ensures consistent documentation standards for citizenship. He dismissed voter suppression concerns as overstated. In response, Indivisible Hawaii launched a campaign urging constituents to flood his office with complaints. According to Case’s spokesperson Nestor Garcia, the calls have been relentless—and the campaign has spread nationally.
In an op-ed published in the Bangor Daily News on July 2, 2024, Congressman Jared Golden of Maine wrote that he knew Donald Trump was going to win the election and he was OK with it. Golden emphasized the election was about the economy—not democracy.
“There are winners and losers in every election… the idea that a Trump victory is not just a political loss, but a unique threat to our democracy…I reject the premise. Unlike Biden and many others, I refuse to participate in a campaign to scare voters with the idea that Trump will end our democratic system.”

Indivisible Exposed: Resistance Movement vs. Election Reform
Indivisible is harming the Democrat Party by continuing to push a polarizing resistance campaign that’s increasingly unpopular. Urging members of Congress to resist every Trump measure—regardless of merit—isn’t sensible. Moderate lawmakers know it. They’re tuning out the noise.
Indivisible tried to bully Rep. Perez with primary threats after she sided with Republicans on the December budget fight. Then in January, they smeared Cuellar, Golden, and Perez as “spineless” for backing the Laken Riley Act—one of the strongest immigration crackdowns in decades. And in March? Golden stood alone, the only Democrat to vote for the GOP’s Continuing Resolution.
Indivisible’s “On Offense” strategy is a nationwide playbook to swarm lawmakers with scripted demands, pressure campaigns, and public shaming tactics—all designed to bully Congress into pushing their radical agenda.
Now these Democrats are being branded traitors by the activist Left—but to everyday Americans, they’re heroes.

The Voter Suppression Lie Just Collapsed Under SAVE Act Scrutiny
Democrats tried to block the SAVE Act with a desperate motion to recommit. It failed. They tried calling it the “Silencing Americans Act.” That failed too. Because here’s the truth:
If you can’t prove you’re a U.S. citizen, you shouldn’t vote. Period.
Double Defeat: GOP Budget & SAVE Act Advance Trump’s Agenda
While the media focused on the SAVE Act, Republicans also locked in H. Con. Res. 14—their budget framework. The Resistance didn’t just lose on election integrity. They lost on everything.
The Soros-funded Resistance coalition is imploding. MoveOn, Indivisible, and their alphabet soup of agitators are panicking—flooding inboxes with scripts, begging followers to bully Senate Democrats into killing the bill.
Indivisible’s Tea Party Fantasy: Billionaire Astroturf Exposed
Indivisible’s “Hands Off” campaign staged over 1,300 rallies to portray Trump as “King George III.” They branded themselves small-c conservatives. The media swooned. However, voters rejected the cosplay.
Turning Point in Voter ID Fight: Resistance Crumbles as Momentum Surges
Republicans just delivered a one-two America First punch:
SAVE Act PASSED
GOP Budget PASSED
Resistance FAILED
The Left is now running to the courts—suing to stop President Trump’s Executive Order that mirrors the SAVE Act. Why? Because they know it’s heading to the Senate, and they’re losing control.
Ed Case flipped. Momentum is real. Panic is visible.
Democrats Melting Down: Tea Party Moment or Total Collapse?
- Republicans are united.
- Democrats are fractured.
- Indivisible is out of gas.
- Voters want citizen-only elections.
Congressman Golden recently called the Democratic Party the weakest he’s ever seen. He says they’ve lost touch with all working Americans. And they’re attacking Trump’s most popular policy—tariffs—out of spite.
Keep attacking the working class and watch your base vanish.
America First is winning. Even their own can’t deny it.
Filibuster Hypocrisy: From ‘Racist Relic’ to Desperate Lifeline to Stop SAVE Act
Senate Democrats are now threatening to filibuster the SAVE Act—even though they wanted to abolish it last year.
Let’s not forget:
- Booker: abuse of power
- Hirono: “vestige of Jim Crow”
- Biden, Harris, Obama: filibuster = racist
Now, ironically, it’s their only hope.
So basically, the ‘racist’ filibuster is fine—as long as it’s used to resist MAGA. Hypocrisy is their only consistent policy.
Citizenship Over Party: The Senate’s Defining Vote on Voter ID Legislation
There’s still a battle ahead in the Senate. Democrats claim, without evidence, that the bill burdens married women, minorities and the poor. They ignore that it doesn’t affect those already registered to vote.
Chuck Schumer has pledged to block the bill by any means necessary. However, pressure is mounting from battleground states.
With 47 seats, Democrats could sustain a filibuster—unless 13 break ranks. Republicans need seven Democrats to vote yes and reach the 60-vote threshold.
Will they protect U.S. citizens—or illegal votes?
Newsweek reports that Senate Democrats on the fence include Manchin, Brown, Tester, Rosen, Casey, and Baldwin. All of them face red or swing-state elections where voters strongly support election integrity.
Every illegal vote cancels a legal one. This isn’t controversial—it’s foundational.
This is about citizenship, not partisanship. It’s about restoring trust in our elections.
The SAVE Act silences illegal voting—not Americans.
It defends YOUR voice.
CALL TO ACTION: Tell the Senate to Pass the SAVE Act Now
The SAVE Act is now in the Senate
Lawsuits are flying from activist groups
Pro-election integrity Americans are watching closely
Contact your Senators—especially if they’re Democrats.
Tell them: VOTE YES on the SAVE Act—America’s voter ID bill. Protect legal votes. Stop fraud. No more illegal voting. No more excuses.
Don’t let the Swamp kill this in the shadows.
America demands citizenship-only voting. And the Senate must deliver.
