You’d think that blowing the whistle on a hospital sneaking hormone implants into the arms of 11-year-olds would earn a doctor a medal—or at the very least, a “thank you.” But in Joe Biden’s America? Nope. You get slapped with four felony charges, raided by armed agents on your graduation day, and have your wife’s career threatened for good measure. That’s the dystopian reality Dr. Eithan Haim faced after daring to expose what Texas Children’s Hospital was doing behind closed doors.
Let’s not forget, this is the same hospital that publicly claimed it had paused all gender-related procedures on minors. But behind the scenes, they were charging full speed ahead—expanding the very program they claimed to have shut down. You can’t make this stuff up. Haim caught them inserting drug delivery implants into little girls’ arms, and his thanks? A federal witch hunt courtesy of the Justice Department. Welcome to the upside-down.
According to his testimony this week before the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government, Haim’s “crime” was exposing the truth. Not releasing patient names. Not publishing private health info. Nope—he shared redacted, de-identified data, the kind hospitals use all the time for disease tracking and research. But facts apparently don’t matter when there’s a political point to be made and a whistleblower to punish.
And let’s talk about the prosecution for a minute. Assistant U.S. Attorney Tina Ansari, who spearheaded this little charade, hadn’t even reviewed the evidence before sending agents to Haim’s door. Worse, Haim says she didn’t even know what statute she was supposed to be investigating. That might be laughable if it weren’t so terrifying. We’re not talking about a speeding ticket here—we’re talking about four felony charges that could’ve put a man in prison for a decade. All because he told the truth.
And just when you think it can’t get more banana republic, Haim testified that Ansari threatened his wife’s job—his wife, who just so happened to be newly hired at the U.S. Attorney’s office in Dallas. His attorney, Mark Lytle, called it what it was: retaliation. Classic intimidation tactics straight out of the bureaucratic playbook. Don’t toe the line? We’ll come for your family too.
Dr. Eithan Haim, General Surgeon and Texas Children’s Hospital whistleblower, exposes the Biden-Harris DOJ’s baseless, politically motivated prosecution and threats made by a rogue leftist prosecutor against him and his family.

Eventually, once President Trump took office again (yes, that timing is important), the Justice Department dropped the charges. What a coincidence. The same DOJ that turned a blind eye to actual crimes suddenly remembered how due process works the second there was a new sheriff in town. Haim was set to go to trial in February—but that never happened. Why? Because their own discovery materials—the government’s own evidence—completely debunked the entire case. All of it.
And wouldn’t you know, Ansari herself was later removed from the case due to a conflict of interest. Turns out her family had some cozy connections with Texas Children’s Hospital. You can practically hear the swamp sloshing.
This isn’t just about one doctor or one hospital. It’s about a government so drunk on its own power that it’s willing to ruin lives to protect an agenda. It’s about using the full force of the federal government to silence dissent and punish people who dare to speak up. This wasn’t justice. It was retribution. And if we don’t hold people accountable for it, it’s only going to get worse.
Dr. Haim’s case may be closed, but the questions it raises are just beginning. How many others have been silenced? How many lives have been steamrolled under the guise of “progress”? And how much longer are we going to let unelected bureaucrats turn America into a land where truth is punished and lies are protected?
