Jill Biden exerted unheard of authority as First Lady.
Nothing has changed.
And Jill Biden is pushing Joe Biden to make one scary decision.
As Great American Digest reports:
Real Clear Politics’ polling averages listed Joe Biden’s approval rating at 39 percent on the day he left office.
Biden fled Washington leaving behind a wide-open border, 10 million additional illegal aliens living in America, wars in Europe and the Middle East, as well as persistent inflation.
That failed record combined with the fact that Biden’s handlers executed the worst cover-up in American history in hiding his senility meant few Americans were sad to see Biden go.
But Joe and Jill Biden slinking off in their helicopter ride to leave the Capitol on President Trump’s Inauguration Day doesn’t look like the last image Americans will have of the Bidens in public life.
With President Trump running roughshod over Washington implementing his agenda and the Democrat Party ripping itself to pieces in a civil war, Jill Biden sees it as a chance to return to the political life she was unwillingly forced out of.
NBC reports that Joe Biden is telling Democrat Party chieftains he is willing to hit the trail again for Democrats in the 2026 election cycle.
“Former President Joe Biden has told some Democratic leaders he’ll raise funds, campaign and do anything else necessary for Democrats to recover lost ground as the Trump administration rolls back programs the party helped design, according to people close to him,” NBC News exclusively reported.
“Biden privately met last month with the new Democratic National Committee chairman, Ken Martin, and offered to help as the party struggles to regain its viability amid polling that shows its popularity has been sinking, the people said,” the NBC report continued.
Leading the push for a Biden comeback is Jill Biden.
“She recognizes that serving in the capacities that she served is an honor and it comes with responsibilities to the party. And she’s prepared to help in any way she can,” a source close to Jill Biden said.
Jill Biden was the last line of defense fighting to keep Joe Biden in the 2024 election after the entire world saw his brain was Jell-O in the debate with Donald Trump.
And she wants back in.
But the feeling isn’t mutual.
“Who’s going to want Joe Biden back in the game?” one Democrat donor told NBC.
Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee Jane Kleeb told NBC, “If you were to call any state party chair and ask them if they wanted Joe Biden to be a keynote speaker for their annual dinner, the answer would be yes. He is beloved by the party and beloved by the voters.”
Democrats across the spectrum think Biden’s name is mud after they blame him for costing the party the 2024 race by insisting on running for re-election only to drop out so late in the process that the party was stuck with Kamala Harris as their nominee.
