WEF senior advisor Yuval Noah Harari has urged for mass social media censorship to combat the “threat” of AI-generated “disinformation” content.
Harari, a Klaus Schwab advisor and creator of the WEF‘s anti-human agenda, made the remark in a CNN interview with Fareed Zakaria.
He claims First Amendment rights must be waived to restrict the public for AI regulation.
He says the move is not about “harming the freedom of speech of human beings” but warns that censorship is needed to make the First Amendment “not a bot right.”
Zakaria on whether social media corporations need “significant regulation” to combat “disinformation” narratives.
“Yes, we need regulation,” Harari said.
“The regulation does not violate human speech.
Regulating algorithms and bots.
“Free speech is human right. No bot, right?”
Harari stated “it’s the responsibility of people who run large media companies to make the right investments”.
“Free speech is not the issue.
“The problem is that Twitter, Facebook, and other algorithms deliberately promote false information to grab our attention.”

Harari claims that AI multiplies Internet “falsehoods” through social media algorithms.
He said AI “is capable of creating content by itself” and could “escape our control.”
Even online AI-generated material is human-created.
Someone must have told an AI generator or bot to generate a Twitter meme showing President Donald Trump saving a kitten from Haitian refugees.
Thus, Harari is actually advocating for the censorship of AI-enabled speech.
Harari told Zakaria that AI “isn’t a tool” but “an agent” to back his claim that he wants to regulate “bots” rather than “human beings.”
A viral Kamala Harris audio clip is one example of AI-generated “disinformation” according to Harari and Zakaria.
Elon Musk reposted the post on X, and it is widely accepted as AI-created parody.
The campaign ad-style video mocks the VP as a presidential contender with Harris’ voice-over.
California Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom promised to ban AI voice manipulation.
AI-generated Trump content has never been addressed by Newsom.
Harari hopes AI will replace most of the human workforce, despite criticism of its involvement in “disinformation.”
Humans in his AI-dominated universe were formerly considered “useless.”
Harari has also praised AI for its potential to construct a “actually correct” religion.
Last year in Lisbon, Portugal, Harari told Portuguese-American writer Pedro Pinto, “Just think about a religion whose holy book is written by an AI.”
“That could happen in a few years.
Transhumanists criticized the Bible’s “came from some superhuman intelligence.”
Many of Harari’s odd viewpoints damage humanity.
In recent years, he called “homo sapiens” a “post-truth species.”
He also said “humans” are now “hack able animals” rather than “mysterious souls.”
