GERMANY: Transgender Officer Charged With Rape Campaigned To Become A “Women’s Representative” For The Berlin Police

A trans-identified male police officer in Berlin has been suspended from duty after being accused of drugging and raping two of his male colleagues. Despite being under investigation, Judy S. is still running to become the Deputy Representative For Women at the Berlin Police Department.

The 27-year-old police officer, whose full name can not be released due to strict privacy laws in Germany, is alleged to have lured two federal police officers over to his home after a night of partying in Berlin’s Kit-Kat Club – a venue known for hosting extreme sex parties. Once the male officers were vulnerable, Judy drugged and raped both of them.

According to BILD, the police officers were initially under the impression that Judy was a biological female. But when they arrived at his apartment, they were suddenly struck by a feeling of intoxication and incapacitation. While they were barely conscious, Judy performed sexual acts on them without their consent and caused serious injuries to their genitals using a penis pump. 

The victims filed a complaint and investigators obtained a search warrant for Judy’s apartment. During the raid, drugs were found. Though Judy has been suspended from duty as investigators continue to gather evidence on the crime, he has continued to campaign for the role of Deputy Women’s Representative for the Berlin Police, and was reportedly endorsed by a police trainer for the role.

When announcing the investigation to the public, the Berlin Police described the suspect of the sexual assaults as a “female officer,” leading to widespread public confusion as many noted that the details of the crime did not seem typical for a woman.

The police released another statement today calling on citizens to avoid discriminatory statements about the investigation.

“Regarding an investigation that we started and officially announced on November 12th … there are various rumors circulating in the media and online about the crime and those involved. The presumption of innocence also applies here until a final court decision is made. The police officer is currently not on duty and disciplinary proceedings have also been initiated,” the statement reads, adding: “We ask you to protect your personal rights and those of others involved and to avoid prejudices and discriminatory narratives.“

This is not the first time a transgender officer with the Berlin Police has come under fire for exhibiting disturbing sexual behavior.

As reported by Reduxx in November of 2023, one trans-identified male officer was found to be publishing fetish content online that involved the sexualization of children. Officer Ria Cybill Geyer also led LGBTQ workshops in schools on behalf of the Berlin Police force, and boasted of using the women’s restrooms despite complaints from his female colleagues.

The Berlin Police are known to be radical enforcers of gender identity ideology, resulting in frequent controversies. Last year, the force introduced new guidelines regarding physical searches which allowed male suspects to request a female police officer search them based on their self-perceived gender identity. The recommendation explicitly states that the sex of a person “is not based on the primary sexual organs, but rather on the gender identity.”

The guidelines were opposed by the police union, which raised concerns because it feared legal consequences for female police officers if they refused to search a male.

On November 1st, the German Self-Determination Act, one of the most radical versions worldwide of such legislation, came into force and the police are no longer allowed to report truthfully about the sex of suspects, but are only allowed to state their legal sex in their reports and can be punished with a fine of up to 10,000 euros due to the disclosure ban in the Self-Determination Act.
