Former President Donald Trump unveiled a powerful new ad and ripped into Vice President Kamala Harris and the administration’s disastrous border policies.
The Republican presidential nominee spoke at a Florida press conference on Tuesday, one week ahead of next week’s pivotal election. As Harris delivers what is being called her ‘closing argument’ Tuesday from Washington, D.C., Trump called her out for “going out and only criticizing, talking about Hitler and Nazi[s] because her record is horrible.”
“Her borders are the worst in the history of the world,” he said from Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida as he went on to highlight the tragedies faced by American families due to immigration policies.
“Kamala violated her oath,” Trump said. “She desecrated our laws and she got innocent girls like Jocelyn tortured and killed. Anyone who knowingly sets loose these monsters into our country has absolutely no right to be running for office, let alone the office of president.”

He shared an emotional campaign advertisement that featured Alexis Nungaray, the mother of Jocelyn Nungaray, the 12-year-old who was murdered by two illegal immigrants from Venezuela.
“What Kamala did to Jocelyn and her family is the most heartless and cold-blooded betrayal imaginable. Thousands of cases just like that, thousands in throwing open the border,” Trump said. “Think of it, open borders. They come in from parts unknown. People have no idea who they are, where they’re from, anything about them. They know nothing.”

“Kamala Harris was in charge of immigration and our borders,” Nungaray said in the video. “If we had better border policies and not open borders and not these catch and release policies, I truly believe this all could have been prevented.”
“Kamala Harris had one job, and she not only failed me, she failed my daughter,” the grieving mother added, noting that Trump had reached out after her daughter’s murder with “sincerest condolences, not as a former president, but as a father, someone who cares.”
The former president unveiled a policy to implement if he is re-elected, planning to seize the assets of criminal gangs and drug cartels. He would then use those funds in the form of compensation for the victims of migrant crime.
“Today, I’m announcing that for the first time, under my administration, we will be seizing the assets of the criminal gangs and drug cartels, and we will use those assets to create a compensation fund to provide restitution for the victims of migrant crime,” Trump said. “And the government will help in the restitution. But something has to be done, and we’re going to get it done.”

He warned that he would be seeking the death penalty for any migrants who kill American citizens or law enforcement officers.
Trump shared that the National Border Patrol Council, which endorsed him earlier this month, said he was “the best president we’ve ever had and the best president by far on the border.”
“They said she was easily the worst person ever to work with them on the border,” he continued. “Most incompetent — the least caring. Think of it, not one call in almost four years was made to the Border Patrol… they’re great people, men and women…they want to do their jobs. She didn’t call them once.”
