Throughout the war and sanctions Russia has been selling relatively scarce titanium, nickel, and uranium to the West, and energy, thus enabling the war effort against Russia. Why?

Russia has been forced to de-dollarize. It doesn’t use the US dollar or Western currencies. Why does the Kremlin supply its enemies with war materials?
