Over the weekend, JD Vance was denied entry to a Primanti Bros restaurant in North Versailles, Pennsylvania. In a statement, Primanti Bros blamed Vance’s denied entry on confusion. Part of Primanti Bros’s statement read, “Senator Vance’s supportive comments that our manager got a little nervous given the Secret Service, police and crowd accurately reflect the nature of what occurred, and we are glad that it was resolved quickly.” However, Primanti Bros CEO Adam Golomb’s personal political leanings raise questions as to if Vance’s denial was a result of “confusion.” FEC records show that Golomb donated to ActBlue during the 2020 election. Golomb’s wife, Dana Rofey, also strongly supports Democrat policies. Dana Rofey is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Pediatrics, Psychology and Clinical and Translational Science at the University of Pittsburgh. According to Dana Rofey’s provider listing on OutCare, Rofey provides mental health counseling for minor children ages four and older who want to transition their genders. OutCare is a nationwide health resource providing resources for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer healthcare. Dana Rofey also publicly posts her support for far-left policies. Photos from Rofey’s Facebook show Dana with her husband, Adam Golomb, and their minor daughters with a pride rainbow flag filter imposed over the image. Another Facebook photo shows Rofey and her daughters with a Black Lives Matter filter over the image. Rofey has also written Facebook posts attacking President Trump for his “anti-Trans discrimination in healthcare” policies. Adam Golomb and his wife’s support of far-left policies raises serious questions about whether Vance’s denial of entry to their restaurant was really due to “confusion.”
Primanti Bros CEO, Adam Golomb’s personal political leanings are raising questions about whether Vance’s denial of entry at a Primanti Bro restaurant over the weekend was a result of “confusion.” FEC records show that Golomb donated three times to ActBlue during the 2020 election.
Supporting Democrat policies runs in the Golomb family as Golomb’s wife, Dana Rofey, is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Pediatrics, Psychology and Clinical and Translational Science at the University of Pittsburgh. According to Dana Rofey’s provider listing on OutCare, Rofey provides mental health counseling for minor children ages four and older who want to transition their genders. OutCare is a nationwide health resource providing resources for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer healthcare.
According to social media posts, Dana Rofey is an expert in child transgenderism as her employer, Pitt Psychiatry, promoted Rofey’s symposium on “Sleep, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with Dr. Dana Rofey discussing sleep in transgender and gender diverse youth adults.”
Rofey’s post from June 12th, 2020 read, “I am writing with sad news for our transgender and nonbinary community. Did you know that this afternoon (during the PRIDE month), The Department of Health and Human Services rewrote the non-discrimination clause to state that transgender/ nonbinary people are not protected in the nondiscrimination component of the Affordable Care Act, effectively allowing the federal marketplace to deny care to trans and non-binary people and gender affirming care.”
Rofey’s post continued reading, “We must stand united, be proactive with policies, and let our family, friends, colleagues, and community know that UNITED WE STAND!”
Laura Loomer posted on Primanti Bros CEO Adam Golomb and his wife support of far-left policies, “In the statement below, @primantibros deceptively wants people to think they welcome all people and that they didn’t deny JD Vance service and that the incident was simply a “matter of confusion”, but they did refuse him entry, and they did so because of the radical Leftist views of the CEO and the CEO’s pro- childhood gender transition wife, who also works in Pittsburgh.”
Primanti Bros CEO Adam Golomb and his wife’s support of far-left policies raise serious concerns that JD Vance was denied entry to their Primanti Bros restaurant over his political beliefs.
