A jury deliberated for one day on Tuesday before finding Chol, 38, guilty of the second-degree murder of 36-year-old Vuyo Kashe on July 15, 2022.
No motive was ever revealed for the murder at Chol’s trial, which commenced on Sept. 3 and heard closing arguments on Monday from the Crown and from Chol’s defence lawyers, Joe Addelman and Ariya Sheivari. Chol did not testify in his own defence.
“There was very likely some explanation, but we just don’t know what precipitated this murder,” said Assistant Crown attorney D’Arcy Wilson.
2. A case could be made that in meaningful ways, Israel is indeed still part of the group of Western nations seeking to destroy individual liberties for those who live there. In this case, its the use of crisis, Covid and war, to justify to the public the destruction of fundamental liberties. But today we have one of each. Watson asks important questions about the Trump attempted assassins, and by the way, he forgets the first attempt against Trump in 2016. Campbell has a doctor and academic on that addresses the question of the relative lethality and ‘side effects’ of the vaxx based on batches. This is an issue that has not been satisfactorily resolved yet, and this video goes a good way to doing so.

There is an expression, “Ignorance is bliss”. As it was explained to me, that is the first line of a two line poem. The whole poem is, “Ignorance is bliss where tis folly to be wise”. In other words, the author meant the exact opposite of the often quoted first line. Thusly, if you want to have the knowledge needed to save yourself, understanding the relationship between the imposed narrative or pseudo reality and the actual case is crucial. And to do that, you have to know how they think, and the nature of the deceptions. Like CTV claiming they have dealt with the two employees that faked a video of Poilievre as if it was an isolated incident. In fact they never name them, or say they have fired them. And what they are accused of, is more policy than it is an isolated incident. Even we at Vlad have caught CTV reframing real events to state narratives MUCH worse than this and there was never any blowback at all.
CTV, CBC and Global are effectively one government enemy propaganda organ at this time, along with Bell Media, which owns CTV. CBC is a fully Crown corporation. Meaning Government, meaning COMINTERN. In 2018 we caught Global news, owned by Corus entertainment, but clearly engaging in the exact same kind of narrative enforcement, knowingly lying about a specific incident in exactly the same way the government of New Zealand lied about the Christchurch mosque shooter’s manifesto. Probably the first time we caught Global was their reportage on an incident at an American theatre in 2018 where an inebriated man stood up at a performance of Fidler on the Roof and gave a “Sieg Heil.”.
The video, which we posted on Vlad, showed him explaining to police that he hated Trump and that Trump reminded him of Hitler, and that he gave the salute as his way of showing contempt to Trump. CTV reported it as a trump supporter causing a panic in a theatre. In fact, he did it as intermission started, and everyone was calmly walking to the lobby for a drink. No panic. That is one of dozens that we know of, and we don’t even look for them. The NZ Gov’t misrepresented the Christchurch mosque shooter as a Trump supporter when his manifesto actually said he didn’t like Trump as a policy maker.
Were/are you a supporter of Donald Trump?
As a symbol of renewed white identity and common purpose? Sure. As a policy maker and leader? Dear god no.

5. WARNING to Jewish people: This is why we must not criminalize speech, even abhorrent speech like Holocaust denial. Once you make exceptions to free speech, that exception will be weaponized against you and your interests at many levels.
NDP MP introduces bill to criminalize residential school denialism
OTTAWA –
An NDP MP has introduced a bill that would criminalize residential school denialism, saying it would help stop harm caused toward survivors, their families and communities.
If the private member’s bill is passed, people could be charged under the Criminal Code for promoting hatred against Indigenous Peoples by condoning, justifying or downplaying the historical and lasting impact of residential schools.
NDP MP Leah Gazan says the purpose of the schools was to extinguish Indigenous cultures and languages and if the government is serious about reconciliation, it needs to protect survivors and their families from hate.
“The residential school system was a genocide designed to wipe out Indigenous cultures, languages, families and heritage. To downplay, deny or justify it is cruel, harmful and hateful. This should have no place in Canada,” she said.
More than 150,000 children were forced to attend residential schools, with many survivors detailing to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission the abuse they suffered at the hands of those meant to protect them. The last school closed in 1996.
Things that cannot be discussed are a threat to all our safety from now into perpetuity.
