Portland City Commissioner Rene Gonzales is tired of Multnomah County giving away 21,000 free tents (more than actual homeless). Now the County aims to unload another 6,000 new tents. When the County does this, people blame the City of Portland.
So, Gonzales is demanding that the Multnomah County put their own County government label on all free new tents they hand out to homeless.
People will see first hand that their tax dollars are funding free tents to homeless.
