Things just keep getting better and better for our former President Donald Trump. Despite his legal woes, Trump continues to see a growing wave of popularity among voters. And now, according to a new poll, the former president is on track to a greater victory than he experienced in 2016.

The Reuters/Ipsos survey conducted between Sept. 8 and Sept. 14, revealed that Biden was struggling with worries about his age, the economy, and his handling of crime — all of which could prove fatal to his 2024 presidential ambitions.
The poll was conducted among 4,413 adults with a +/-2 point margin of error.
It showed that Trump held an advantage over Biden in seven key states – Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada and Michigan – leading him 41% to 35%.
If these forecasts hold true it would give Trump 312 electoral votes compared to 306 in 2016; he had won all except for Nevada which usually votes blue but will be close this time around again.
Furthermore Trump holds a slight edge when it comes to independent voters – 32% versus 30%, respectively – while both candidates are tied at 39% for hypothetical polls about 2024.
Despite this many voters doubt Biden’s ability to handle the job due to his age (77%) or mental fitness (39%).
Additionally 73% of those surveyed think that the economy has gone down since the pandemic began or has stayed stagnant throughout it.
It appears as though Donald Trump might be heading towards another successful run for president if current outlooks continue on their trajectory.
His numbers in seven key states exceed those from 2016 giving him an additional 6 electoral votes; he also leads amongst independent voters while voter concerns about Biden’s mental fitness and age linger on their minds like fog before sunrise.
It looks like Republican supporters have something good going into next year’s elections if this poll proves correct.
If former President Donald Trump can indeed win these seven key swing states then we may very well see another 4 years under his command come 2024.
