John Fetterman created another fine mess for himself.
The Pennsylvania Democrat waded into one of the biggest fights in D.C. and it did not go well.
And John Fetterman asked one question that immediately blew up in his face.
Matt Gaetz is one of the leaders of the push in the House of Representatives to hold Joe Biden accountable for corruption through impeachment.
Gaetz explained that the evidence to impeach Biden is so overwhelming – the bank records that show $21 million in payments to members of the Biden family and business associates from foreign oligarchs when Joe Biden served as vice president, Biden then appearing at dinners with some of these oligarchs, the text messages from Hunter Biden to his sister saying he had to fork over half his income to his father, and the whistleblower testimony of political interference in the Hunter Biden probe – that impeachment and conviction in the Senate would be a slam-dunk case except for the fact that the jury in the Senate is controlled by Biden’s fellow Democrats.
Gaetz singled out the ridiculous John Fetterman as a prime example of how a biased jury would let Biden off the hook.
The evidence against Joe Biden is overwhelming. A first-year law student could win this case for impeachment before a fair jury.
Unfortunately, the United States Senate isn’t a fair jury. It’s full of fashion icons like John Fetterman.

Fetterman fancies himself the top social media troll in politics and responded to Gaetz whining about the fact that Gaetz was also leading the opposition in the House of Representatives to fully funding Joe Biden’s weaponized government.
“Government shutdown in t-minus 16 days. Instead of crying about how I dress, how about you get your s— together and do your job, bud?” Fetterman posted on social media.
But Fetterman more than met his match in Gaetz, who is known for Trump-level social media proficiency.
Gaetz poked fun at the fact that Fetterman could post a tweet but not speak in coherent and complete sentences while asking Fetterman which of the common-sense legislative proposals Gaetz was working on that Fetterman actually opposed.
“Glad to see you’re well enough to muster a tweet, Senator. Here’s what I’ve been working on while you’ve been away: Term Limits Balanced Budgets Single-Subject Spending Bills Which of these are you against?” Gaetz posted in response.
John Fetterman and the Democrats know the case against Biden.
If Hunter Biden was selling access to Joe Biden, the foreign oligarchs weren’t paying Hunter Biden millions of dollars for the “illusion” of access to Joe Biden.
They wanted something tangible in return.
And that is why Republicans opened an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden.
