A store owner dropped an armed shoplifter like she was Joe Biden’s approval ratings. He’s alive, she’s in jail, and thanks to surveillance cameras we have content!
Sunjung Kim owns Hair Plus Beauty Supply in Dallas. He told ABC-8 that he noticed a woman stealing something and said to either put the items back or pay for them, and then get out of the store. The woman had a counteroffer. Kim lets her leave and she doesn’t shoot him.
Kim countered the counteroffer by punching the woman and taking her to the ground, trying to wrestle the gun out of his hand. He held her down for eleven minutes until police arrived. But not without the woman firing a shot and putting a hole in the floor.
“I didn’t have much time to think, but I saw her gun right away. I just dashed at her to not shoot. I was lucky. Thank God.”
This is the part where losers who support the progressive politicians who enact the progressive policies that have caused skyrocketing crime in progressive crime start to chirp. “Oh, but he has insurance! It was only fake lashes and glue. Think of the equity of letting her get away with the crime instead!”
As Kim points out, unlike the companies that allow the thievery and fire you if you do something about it, he’s not a giant corporation. Every little item matters.
“It’s like a small pieces of item like lash glues. But in our case, we are not the Walmart. We are not the Target. It’s not a supermarket. It’s like a small size of the retail stores in the community.”
Kim made it home to his wife and kids. The criminal is being held on $75,000 bond and is being charged with first-degree armed robbery. Everyone is getting exactly what they deserve.
