President Joe Biden gave a thoroughly embarrassing speech at a press conference in Hanoi, Vietnam on Sunday, beginning with a bad joke and ending with telling everyone he was going to bed.
He tried to start with a joke about the movie “Good Morning Vietnam,” but he called it a “song” instead.
He then made it clear that he had a list of reporters he would call on, because “they” gave him specific names.
He called climate skeptics “lying dog-faced pony soldiers (first time we’ve heard that one in a while),” lost his list of reporters, then yelled at reporters calling out questions, “I ain’t calling on you!”
Finally, when he was asked about his relationship with Chinese President Xi Jinping, he said, “Tell you what, I don’t know about you, but I’m going to go to bed.”
It was an epic fail of a night for Biden. Hope people are paying attention to speeches like this before casting their ballots in 2024.
