Geraldo Rivera has yet to return to “The Five”. He announced on May 4th that his appearances on the show for the 4th and 5th of May had been canceled and tried to reassure himself and his fans that he was “sure there’s a good reason.” He also shared he would be back “week after next.”
“My appearances today and tomorrow on The Five have been canceled. I’m sure there’s a good reason. Never fear, I’ll be back week after next. Stay safe and happy. Thanks”

On Monday’s episode of “The Five”, Rivera was still missing, instead, Jessica Tarlov was on. While it is possible he may be back sometime this week it wasn’t at the start of the week.
Rivera’s May 4th and 5th appearances were canceled after he took a swipe at Tucker Carlson in the aftermath of the split between Carlson and Fox News. Greg Gutfeld came to Carlson’s defense sarcastically calling Rivera “a class act” and a “real man of the people”.
While Rivera has not been on “The Five” he has made appearances on Fox News giving his commentary on issues such as what may be next in the Daniel Penny case.
We will see if Rivera will be back this week as he stated.
