Two Illinois high school students on Spring Break have died after they broke into a Colorado snowboarding area and sledded down a halfpipe,
Dylan Bazell and Drew Fehr rode tandem down a half pipe at the Copper Mountain Ski Resort at about 8.35pm Sunday.
They launched off a large snowbank at the bottom and fell hard on the ice below, causing blunt force trauma.
The ski resort closes its pipes at sunset, which was at about 7.12pm Sunday,‘according to ABC7.
