Reverend Franklin Graham is perhaps the most well-known evangelical Christian in America.
Unlike a lot of pastors, Graham does not shy away from political debates.
And Donald Trump will not like what Franklin Graham had to say about Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is the number-one enemy of the woke Left.
For years, Republicans refused to take on the woke Left out of fear of being labeled “racist,” “sexist,” or “anti-gay” by the media.
But Ron DeSantis showed Republicans it was possible to fight back and win against the Left’s woke ideology.
DeSantis signed a bill into law banning Critical Race Theory and other left-wing garbage from the curriculum and prohibited biological males from participating in women’s sports.
He signed the Parental Right in Education Bill into law to stop left-wing activists from grooming young children into the transgender lifestyle.
And when videos began surfacing online from across the country showing grown men dressed as women dancing sexually in front of young children, DeSantis put the Left on notice that he will not tolerate such disgusting behavior in Florida.
Apparently, the Hyatt Regency in Miami thought DeSantis was bluffing and hosted “A Drag Queen Christmas” program in December where underage children were allowed to attend.
But DeSantis was dead serious and recently sent the Hyatt Regency a letter informing them that the state was revoking their liquor license for allowing minors to attend a sexually explicit show.
While the Left erupted into fury over DeSantis revoking the license, Franklin Graham celebrated the move by the Florida Governor.
“Governor Ron DeSantis doesn’t mess around,” Graham wrote on Facebook. “He’s revoking the liquor license of a major Miami hotel because they hosted a drag queen show with children present, even after being warned. The Governor’s office stated ‘Sexually explicit content is not appropriate to display to children and doing so violates Florida law.”
Graham praised DeSantis for defending “the innocence of children in the classroom and throughout Florida.”
“It’s so refreshing to see a leader who is willing to stand up for what is right!” Graham wrote. “May God bless and help him as he leads this state.”
Graham endorsed Trump in 2016 and in 2020.
However, Graham recently declared that he will not endorse anyone in the Republican Primary.
But that does not mean he will not praise Republicans for doing right.
And Trump is likely feeling uneasy seeing Graham singing DeSantis’ praise.
