Well, well, well, another day, another liberal court ruling against a Christian standing up for their beliefs.
This time, it’s former accountant Raymond Zdunski who says he was fired by a New York school district for refusing to attend a mandatory LGBTQ workplace training.
And what did the Manhattan 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals have to say about it?
Well, they rejected Zdunski’s claims and ruled that he had “failed to point to sufficient evidence” to back up his case.
No surprise there, folks. This is what we’ve come to expect from the liberal courts in this country.
Zdunski argued that he should be exempt from attending the training because it would force him to listen to “indoctrination that is in contradiction to the tenets of his faith.”
But the district allegedly refused to provide one and fired him after he missed two trainings.
Zdunski told the Daily Caller News Foundation that he was “disappointed but not surprised,” and that “NY isn’t a place to fight for Christians to be free to live out their lifestyles.”
Sounds about right to me. The liberal elites in this country want to silence anyone who disagrees with their worldview.
These liberals will stop at nothing to push their agenda, even if it means trampling on the rights of Christians.
But Zdunski’s fight isn’t over yet.
His attorney, Kristina Heuser, told the DCNF that they were planning to appeal to the state Supreme Court.
Heuser argues that Zdunski’s termination was in “clear violation of the United States Constitution and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.”
Zdunkski’s case is just another example of the left’s intolerance and hypocrisy. They claim to be all about tolerance and diversity, but they won’t tolerate anyone who disagrees with them.
