If the state of our American union was ever in question, Republican voters received on Saturday cold confirmation that things have gone off the rails like an East Palestinian train.
With the passage of a $95 billion package that provides security assistance to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan and ignores the catastrophic lack of security at our own border with Mexico, Republican voters learned that their own party puts the needs of foreign governments over the will of the American people.
“This is the U.S. House of Representatives under the direction of Speaker Mike Johnson,” Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) wrote on X following the vote. “Democrats are celebrating his total capitulation with no victory for securing our border.”

But, as the GOP-led House erupted in an overjoyed sea of Ukrainian flags, something was snapping in the people those lawmakers are meant to be representing.
On X, one user who goes by the account name “Shipwreck” had a scathing message for House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) “and the rest of you a**holes in Congress”: Americans are “f**king tired of being the world’s police.”

Prior to the “capitulation,” Shipwreck painted a stark picture of America’s reality, and made clear she doesn’t “give a f**k” about anything else.
“Last night, Israel launched a bunch of rockets into Iran in retaliation for Iran sending a bunch of drone bombs over to Israel,” she began. “It does look like maybe this Saturday, the Senate is looking to vote on their big national security bill includes aid to Ukraine, Israelian [sic] aid to Gaza and Taiwan.”
“It also includes the TikTok Ban bill,” she adds.
“Does Israel have the right to defend itself” Shipwreck asks. “I don’t give a f**k.”
“Are the Palestinians being held and corrupt?” she wonders. “I don’t give a f**k.”
“Is Ukraine going to get taken over? I don’t care,” Shipwreck states. “I don’t care.”
“I’m f**king tired of being the world’s police, okay?” she says. “I have zero interest in going to war. None. Not for Palestine, not for Israel, not for Ukraine, not for Taiwan.”
Some recent polls indicate support for Shipwreck’s sentiments.
In March, the PBS News Hour cited a poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research and reported, “As the U.S. navigates involvement in the wars in Ukraine and Gaza, few Americans want the country to take a more active role in solving the world’s problems.”
“While an American role as the ‘world’s policeman’ has become an increasingly contentious partisan issue, a majority of both Democrats and Republicans agree that the U.S. should not get more involved than it currently is in the ongoing conflicts between Russia and Ukraine and Israel and Hamas,” PBS wrote. “The poll shows that 4 in 10 U.S. adults want America to broadly take a ‘less active’ role in solving global conflicts. Only about one-quarter think the U.S. should take a more active role, and about one-third say its current role is about right.”
Along with the sense that our taxpayers are no longer receiving the representation we claim to cherish in this country, there has been an “implosion of trust,” as Glenn Beck would put it.
In her video, Shipwreck suggests Americans have plenty to fear from their own government.
“Rumors that China is going to come and bomb our infrastructure,” she says. “Let me go ahead and translate that for you.”
“It means that our own government is probably going to take down our infrastructure, and then they’re going to blame China to keep us afraid and to keep us perfectly complacent with sending our tax dollars to God knows wherever the f**k where,” she explains.

Unlike our current leadership, Shipwreck says she stands with Americans.
“I stand with the American Poors,” she says. “Poors whose dreams of owning a home are forever diminishing while migrants from other countries come across the border and get housing.”

“I stand with the American Poors,” she continues. “Poors who can’t put food on the table or fill up their gas tank without overdrawing their account.”

“I stand with the American Poors,” she declares. “Poors who can’t or won’t have children because it would be financially ruining for them to do so. Poors who are, more and more every day, scared to walk down the street for fear that they’re going to be attacked because of the rampant crime that’s being allowed to happen in our major cities. The Poors who wake up every single day and go to work for a company to make pennies on the dollar while their CEOs and CFOs have big meetings about how they can incorporate AI in order to replace those positions anyway.”

“And I stand with the American Poors,” she affirms. “The Poors who cannot afford to live because 50% of their wages go to taxes. Then those taxes go to other countries for humanitarian aid and defense systems.”
“Where’s our humanitarian aid?” Shipwreck demands to know. “Where was Laken Riley’s defense system?”
“The Poors who are keenly aware of the child trafficking issue that we’ve got going on in this country and they sit back and watch their leaders do absolutely nothing about it,” she says. “The Poors who are worried about their toxins in their foods and in their water and in their air.”

“Can’t afford to live, but can’t afford to die either,” Shipwreck notes. “Sit back and ingest the things that are meant to keep them alive, which are actually slowly killing them, forcing them to become a part of the Big Pharma cycle, repeatedly, over and over and over again. For years. For generations.”
“I stand with the f**king American Poor,” Shipwreck vows. “I’m tired of being beat up and beat down and manipulated and gaslit by the people that we elected, in order to help keep us safe. Found by the very system, the very people that are supposed to help us live this American dream that they tout so much on the back of their campaign flyers.”
“I’m tired of being gaslit and manipulated and lied to by the media and the puppet master pulling the strings,” she says. “No, I will not eat cereal for dinner. “No, we will not be quiet while you send our tax dollars to anybody else but Americans.”

“So, I will not buy into your fear-mongering about wars and catastrophic events that are going to happen to our infrastructure that you’re actually going to do and then blame on another country so you can keep us afraid and compliant, so we just keep sending you our tax dollars so that you can keep us ‘safe,’” she tells American lawmakers.
“Oh, we won’t comply,” she warns them. “We won’t take your drugs. We won’t ‘Netflix and chill’ and we’re not going to eat the cake.”
“The American citizens deserve more than the scraps that you’re feeding us that you stole from us in the first place,” Shipwreck states.
“All I can do is make this video and express my non-compliance so that other people feel comfortable expressing their noncompliance,” she concludes. “Then that’s all I can do for now, dear Mike Johnson and the rest of you a**holes in Congress.”
