An angry mob of transgender activists stormed the Oklahoma Capitol building as Republican lawmakers plan on passing a bill to ban transitioning surgery for children.
Videos are now going viral showing 200 activists storming the atrium of the capitol building in Oklahoma.
“Mob of #trans activists took over the Oklahoma Capitol building to try & stop the state’s Republican lawmakers from passing bills that would outlaw the transitioning of minors & require teachers to inform parents if students identify as trans,” reported Andy Ngo.
“Militant #trans activists occupied Oklahoma Capitol on Monday to try to stop conservative lawmakers from passing bills banning the transitioning of children in the state, as well as restrictions on teachers hiding transgender identity of students from parents,” he added.
The mob then claimed that the capitol building was “our house.”
“Libs of TikTok” joked that they were “literally shaking” over the incident:
“Wow. Literally shaking. Oklahoma came under attack today by a group of insurrectionists. I’m sure the disgraced FBI is already on it and will use every available resource to identify all these domestic terrorists.”
Oklahoma state senator David Bullard recently spoke out on the bill, saying, “We have a sacred duty to protect our children from those who wish to do them harm.”
He continued: “Senate Bill 129 is designed to protect our children from those who want to benefit financially at their expense. Child abuse is a felony in our state and mutilating a young person’s genitalia should be viewed no differently.”
