REPORT: Girl, 15, charged with murder after setting fire that killed man in the Bronx

A 15-year-old girl was charged with murder after setting a fire that killed a man in the Bronx, cops said Sunday.

The teen, whose name was withheld because she’s a juvenile, was charged a week after the fatal fire broke out at 1211 Evergreen Avenue in Soundview around 2 p.m. on Jan. 29, police said.

The FDNY responded to the blaze and found Abdoukarim Sakolly dead inside the home, police said.

The juvenile, who was arrested in Midtown, was “known to frequent the area” and had an argument with someone in the building.
