America is terrified about Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren.
She’s Biden’s pick to serve on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
She’s also clueless about the constitution.
Charnelle was interviewed on January 25 during a Senate hearing, and her interactions with Senator John Kennedy, a Republican from Louisiana, have gotten a lot of attention online.
Senator Kennedy asked some general questions about the constitution that a lot of normal Americans would be able to answer and any judge or lawyer should never get wrong.
Bjelkengren blew them all.
“Tell me what Article V of the Constitution does,” Kennedy asked. Article V concerns the amendments process.
“Article V is not coming to mind at the moment,” Charnelle said.
Okay, how about Article II, Charnelle? She didn’t know that either.
She also had no idea what Kennedy was talking about when he referred to “purposivism.”
Any decent lawyer or judge should know that that refers to “a philosophy of interpreting the law that emphasizes the law’s purpose — advocating for judges to enforce the spirit of the law when it contradicts with the text of the law,” but Charnelle had no idea.
These red flags horrified almost everyone in America – except Biden.
Sure, Charnelle doesn’t know much about the constitution, but Biden is still “proudly” sticking by her.
Other Americans know a bad thing when they see it, and they are running as fast as they can. Biden can’t help himself, he’s like a moth to a flame with these bozos.
