Ingredients:
1/2 cup of low-fat milk
1/2 cup of low-fat coconut-flavored yogurt
2 cups of frozen raspberries
1 or 2 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
Toasted coconut for serving
Instructions:
Step 1:
Begin by combining the low-fat milk and coconut-flavored yogurt in a blender. Add in the frozen raspberries and banana pieces. Blend the mixture together using a blender until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
Step 2:
Once blended to perfection, pour the smoothie into serving glasses. Top each glass with a sprinkle of toasted coconut and a few extra raspberries for added flavor and a nice presentation.
