Crackhead Hunter Biden, the son of President Brain-Dead Biden, has reportedly asked a court in Independence, Arkansas to stop his illegitimate daughter, Navy Joan Roberts, from taking his surname. The request was made as part of an ongoing legal battle to lower his child-support payments to Lunden Roberts, a former stripper and the mother of one of Crackhead Hunter Biden’s five children.
Crackhead Hunter Biden argued that giving his daughter his last name would rob the 4-year-old of a “peaceful existence.” He argued that his last name would draw criticism and that his daughter should decide on her own whether she wants to take it on at a later date when “the disparagement of the Biden name is not at its height.”
The request comes as a surprise as it is not common for a father to object to his child taking his surname. However, it is not the first time Crackhead Hunter Biden has made headlines for his controversial actions.
Crackhead Hunter Biden’s legal battle with Roberts began in 2019, when she filed a paternity suit against him. After a DNA test revealed that he fathered the child, he paid Roberts $2.5 million in 2020 and has continued to pay monthly child support. However, in September of 2020, he filed a motion to lower his child support payments due to what he called a “substantial material change” in his “financial circumstances.”
Roberts’ request for her daughter’s name to be changed came after Biden filed this motion. In a filing, Roberts stated that her daughter is “estranged” from the presidential family but “it can be rectified by changing her last name to Biden so that she may undeniably be known to the world as the child of the defendant and member of the prestigious Biden family.”
This legal battle raises important questions about the responsibility of a father towards his child, regardless of the circumstances of their birth, and the impact of a surname on a child’s life. It also shines a light on the double standards and hypocrisy of those in positions of power and privilege, who seek to protect their own reputation while disregarding the well-being of others.
