In this election, far more than in the 2020 election, the VP on the Democrat ticket is just as important as the presidential nominee.
That being the case, Kamala Harris’ polling numbers are also a big concern for liberals, and they are worse than Joe Biden’s.
This has led to an outpouring of calls for Kamala Harris to step down to allow Joe Biden to pick a more attractive VP for the voters.
Time to Step Down
This week, I have already seen several articles demanding that Harris step down.
Now, Kathleen Parker from The Liberal Washington Post is making a similar argument.
Parker wrote, “The Kamala conundrum comes down to this: She was picked because she was Black and female, a combo tantamount to job security.
“Now that she has become a burden to the Democratic ticket, Biden can’t fire her. He can’t risk alienating his base. Full stop.
“The seriousness of this situation can’t be overstated. Biden’s diminishing faculties, notwithstanding his relatively successful State of the Union address, and his increasing physical frailty are concerning.”
She concluded, “There’s no reason to think her ranking would spike were she suddenly promoted to the Oval Office. Instead, most signs point to disaster. This is why I propose with all due respect that Harris step away from the ticket.
“Please, Madame Vice President, do it for your country.”
Harris stepping down is the only way Kamala will be removed because there is no way that Joe Biden can survive politically if he removes her, and Harris knows this.
She also knows that with her numbers, her political career is over once she leaves office, which means the only way she gets into the Oval Office is if Joe steps down while she is VP.
Point being, Harris will be just as stubborn about being on the ticket as Joe Biden has been about running.
So, liberals, you painted this duo as an amazing administration, and now you are stuck with them.
If you lose, you will have nobody but yourself to blame… and we will sit back and laugh watching the meltdowns if Trump is back in the White House come next January.
