Now that former President Donald Trump has announced his 2024 intentions, President Brain-Dead Biden’s guard dogs are set to attack in the form of a possible indictment, experts say.
According to the Washington Examiner, some experts believe a Trump indictment is inevitable.
That prediction comes in the wake of Attorney General Merrick Garland appointing a special counsel to continue Partisan Department of Justice probes into Trump’s Mar-a-Lago classified documents witch hunt and the January 6th House Committee’s findings.
This week, Garland appointed Jack Smith, a war crimes specialist, as the special counsel in the case.
Indictment coming soon?
It’s only a matter of time before Trump finds himself indicted, according to some observers, such as Ron Filipkowski, an ex-Republican lawyer.
“Special Counsel appointment for January 6th and Docs cases now makes it inevitable that Trump will be indicted in 2023. But also Jeff Clark, John Eastman, Scott Perry, Christina Bobb, Michael Flynn, Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani & others. It also makes it more likely Desantis will run,”

Fake News MSNBC anchor and legal analyst Katie Phang thinks the proof is in the pudding, suggesting that a special counsel is only needed in situations where the target of the investigation will be indicted.
“My hot take: No need for Garland to appoint a special counsel unless you’re going to indict,” Phang tweeted.
“If Merrick Garland didn’t think there was a serious possibility that Trump would be indicted, he wouldn’t have appointed a special counsel. He didn’t appoint Jack Smith to wind down these investigations,” a former federal prosecutor added.
Indicting a presidential candidate and former president could prove to be tricky for the DOJ, to say the least.
If they actually go through with it, and there’s a good chance they will, it’ll make for one heck of a 2024 primary season.
