The Battle of Bunkerville, 10 Years Later
by Shari Dovale
The Battle of Bunkerville began a journey for many Americans. A journey of awakening as to the what their country has become.
Government abuse of it’s citizens is never okay. But they tried to make it okay, and normalize it, by calling their citizens “Domestic Terrorists”.
The government was ruled to have abused their authority and lied to the courts.
Reports of More Brady Violations in Bunkerville Case
BOMBSHELL: Myhre Has A History of Brady Violations
There is much information that you should read through. There were a total of 19 defendants charged in the Bunkerville Protest Cases. They each have a story. We must not forget.
Bunkerville Was Never About The Cows
Judge Navarro has been blatant in her bias against these defendants.
The defendants cannot mention the government snipers on the hill overlooking the protesters, with their high-powered rifles aimed at the people in the wash.
It was through his leaked email, called the Wooten I document, that U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro declared a mistrial in December 2017, as the memo contained allegations that BLM employees were unprofessional, withheld exculpatory evidence, and the BLM did not follow the law.
Ninth Circuit Contradicts Bunkerville Prosecution
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that all Americans have the right to carry firearms, as guaranteed by the Second Amendment.
Government Motion to Reconsider Bunkerville Retrial DENIED
In her 11-page ruling, Navarro addressed the multiple reasons the prosecution cited for her to reconsider her ruling. She repeats much of the language from her original dismissal in which she harshly admonished the prosecution, headed by Steven Myhre, for their “flagrant misconduct”.

Patriots Charged in Bunkerville Standoff
The full list of Patriots are: Eric James Parker, 32, and Steve Arthur Stewart, 36, both of Hailey; O. Scott Drexler, 44, of Challis; and Todd Engel, 48, of Boundary County, Melvin D. Bundy, 41, of Round Mountain, Nev.; David H. Bundy, 39, of Delta, Utah; Brian D. Cavalier, 44, of Bunkerville, Nev.; Blaine Cooper, 36, of Humboldt, Ariz.; Gerald A. DeLemus, 61, of Rochester, N.H.; Richard R. Lovelien, 52, of Westville, Okla.; Gregory P. Burleson, 52, of Phoenix, Ariz.; Joseph D. O’Shaughnessy, 43, of Cottonwood, Ariz.; and Micah L. McGuire, 31, and Jason D. Woods, 30, both of Chandler, Ariz.
Eric Parker Ripped from Witness Stand
[Judge Gloria Navarro] has made it clear that there is no such thing as self defense against the government, or that of defending anyone else against the government. Law enforcement cannot be considered to use “excessive” force in this case. She believes that if any of this is brought to the jury, they may acquit for “jury nullification”. Navarro seems to have a pathological fear of jury nullification.
Scott Drexler Testifies in Bunkerville Retrial
Drexler was able to say that he was afraid that the government was going to kill him. This was said twice in front of the jury. Of course, it was objected to, but Drexler was not removed from the witness stand. This was more information than Parker was allowed to say before he was removed from the witness box.
14 years in Federal Prison for Facebook Posts
It has been determined that Engel’s actions during the protest were non-violent. He is shown in photographs, and through testimony, to have attempted to peacefully resolve the situation with the Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP).
However, before traveling to Bunkerville, Engel and several others made Facebook posts on his account that were considered “over the top”.
Exclusive: Welcome Home Todd Engel!
The government had a plan to punish Cliven Bundy and anyone that supported him. They had intended to charge the elderly rancher under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), and label Bundy as the Head of an Organized Crime Family.
When this did not come to pass, as the malfeasance of the government actors came to light, the prosecution attempted to take out their frustrations on anyone left available to them. This meant Todd Engel was in their sights.
Charges DISMISSED Against Pete Santilli
Santilli faces a 16 count indictment in Nevada, with charges including threatening officers, obstructing justice, and brandishing a firearm in relation to a crime of violence. He still holds that he was simply reporting on events as a media source. The government, however, alleges that Santilli recruited gunmen to the ranch and helped to lead an assault on BLM officers.
Did Pete Santilli Have It Coming?
It is not up to the government to decide who is more credible than the next. It is not up to the government to decide what organizations are allowed their voice and who is not. It is not up to the government to designate “Free Speech Zones.”
And Pete Santilli should not be in jail.

BLM Agent Dan Love: A cruel and unusual history
There are many more accounts by the family and associates of Dr. James Redd, perhaps the most notable of SA Dan Love’s many victims. These accounts of cruel, childish, dishonest, self-serving actions on the part of SA Dan Love confirm news reports of the last several days about the disreputable U.S. Marshall-turned-BLM Special Agent.
