1. Sage Steele says voting Trump over Biden is a ‘no-brainer’: ‘It’s about policy, not emotion’:
Fox News – Former ESPN host Sage Steele has been speaking candidly about her personal politics since leaving ESPN last year, saying former President Trump is her “only choice” against President Biden.
In an interview with Fox News Digital, Steele expressed her “fear” of the looming Biden-Trump rematch and how “we have seen the depths” to which Democrats have tried to keep the former president off the ballot.
“I’m nervous for him. Sometimes I get nervous for his safety. Honestly, like it’s crazy,” Steele said. “The 91 charges, and you know, all the lawsuits and awarding $83 million… What happened with the Fani Willis case. Like, I am blown away. Every time I think, ‘OL, this is a new low. It can’t go any lower.’ What happens?!”

2. DeSantis Signs Slew Of New Laws Cracking Down On Sex Crimes, Protects Kids From Sex Predators:
Daily Wire – Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed several pieces of legislation into law this week aimed at protecting children from sex predators and enhancing penalties for other sexual crimes.
“In Florida, we let kids be kids, and we protect children from those who seek to harm them,” DeSantis said at a press conference. “Today’s anti-grooming legislation punishes those who seek to prey on children and rob them of their innocence. Florida will continue to be the best state in the country to raise a family.”
DeSantis’ office highlighted the five bills signed into law, including:
- HB 1545, which protects children from grooming activities and other sexual offenses.
- HB 1131, which establishes a grant program within the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to create online sting operations to target sexual predators.
- HB 1235, which creates stricter guidelines for sex offender registration.
- SB 1224, which strengthens the role of the Statewide Guardian ad Litem Office and implements new training requirements to ensure law enforcement properly assesses a domestic violence situation.
- HB 305, which expands the evidence that can be presented to a jury in sex-abuse cases where the victim is a minor and increases penalties on those who take part in sex trafficking of minors.

3. DOJ Unmasks ‘Inconsistencies’ in Fani Willis’s Use of Federal Grant Funds:
Breitbart – The Justice Department said Friday it unmasked “inconsistencies” in Fulton County Prosecutor Fani Willis’s use of federal grant funds, confirming whistleblower allegations.
Willis previously fired the whistleblower who alleged the Fulton County office mishandled $488,000 of federal grant money to pay for “swag,” computers, and travel.
…
In a Friday statement published Wednesday, a DOJ spokeswoman admitted to the Beacon that “inconsistencies” appeared during its review of Willis’ office. “During our review of the award to respond to this inquiry, we have noticed some inconsistencies in what Fulton County has reported to [the Federal Subaward Reporting System] and we are working with them to update their reporting accordingly,” the spokeswoman said.
Denny’s Insight: Fani Willis is an absolute crook.
4. High inflation is costing Americans an extra $1K a month:
Fox Business – Inflation is once again gaining steam, forcing the average American to shell out a lot more money for everyday necessities.
The typical U.S. household needed to pay $227 more a month in March to purchase the same goods and services it did one year ago because of still-high inflation, according to calculations from Moody’s Analytics chief economist Mark Zandi shared with FOX Business.
Americans are paying on average $784 more each month compared with the same time two years ago and $1,069 more compared with three years ago, before the inflation crisis began.
The analysis suggests that while inflation has fallen from the highs of mid-2022, many families have yet to see material relief.
