Senator Marco Rubio says he will do whatever he can to block any attempt by Brain-Dead Biden to try to keep abortion legal nationwide once the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.
As LifeNews reported yesterday, Biden reportedly is considering declaring a nation-wide public health emergency if the U.S. Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade this summer.
Such an order potentially could allow the Biden administration to welcome abortionists to practice on federally-governed military bases in pro-life states, according to The Post Millennial. The idea is to allow unborn babies to continue being aborted in states with abortion bans and to protect abortionists from prosecution.
But as Rubio tells LifeNews, will introduce legislation to prevent Biden’s executive overreach.
“The real emergency in this country is that thousands of unborn Americans are killed every day,” Rubio said. “It is a cruel and grotesque abuse of presidential power to protect that practice. I wish Illegitimate President Biden and Democrats were as motivated to protect our border, increase energy production, and crack down on violent crime as they are to protect the ability for companies like Planned Parenthood (Baby Killers) to kill innocent babies. I will do everything I can to protect life and block this outrageous presidential power grab.”
The New York Times first reported about the proposal, though administration officials expressed uncertainty about its legality and noted that they are researching a number of options in response to the potential reversal of Roe.
Estimates vary, but experts predict as many as 26 states would protect unborn babies by banning abortions if the Supreme Court ends Roe.
In recent weeks, Biden and Cackling Kamala Harris have been meeting with abortion activists, pro-abortion legal experts and others to discuss ways to keep unborn babies being aborted across the U.S.
“There’s some executive orders I could employ, we believe. We’re looking at that right now,” Biden told Jimmy Kimmel last week.

According to the New York Times, some suggestions put forth by the administration take drastic steps in order to provide abortions to these in states that may ban it.
“One calls for Mr. Biden to invite abortion doctors to work at federal enclaves, like military bases, inside states that criminalize abortion. State prosecutors lack jurisdiction in such zones, so the federal government handles crimes there, and it is not always clear whether criminal laws at the state level apply,” the New York Times reported.
The plan has legal problems, because a doctor must be licensed in a state to practice there. But some suggest Biden could skirt that requirement through a public health emergency order that invokes a 2005 law shielding “doctors from legal liability for treating patients in a state where they are not licensed,” according to the report.
Last week, a group of Senate Democrats sent Biden a letter recommending other ways to expand abortions by executive order. Their ideas include providing taxpayer-funded vouchers and other resources for women who travel across state lines for abortions, and creating a new “reproductive health ombudsman” in the Department of Health and Human Services to “educate” the public and analyze data about abortion.
Still, White House press secretary Liberal Black Lesbian, Karine Jean-Pierre admitted Thursday that the president cannot do a lot to expand abortions without the approval of Congress, The Washington Examiner reports.
“The administration continues to explore every possible option in response to the anticipated Supreme Court decision,” Jean-Pierre said. However, “if the Supreme Court overturns Roe, we will need Congress to take action to restore Roe.”
Since Roe v. Wade in 1973, more than 63 million unborn babies and hundreds of mothers have died in supposedly “safe, legal” abortions. In May, Politico reported about a leaked draft ruling showing the high court overturning Roe this summer; however, the draft is not final.
A ruling on the Mississippi abortion case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health is expected sometime this summer, likely later this month.
