It’s why his various babysitters and diaper changers don’t like putting him out in front of cameras, and when they do, he has to be sat down with someone who will act as his babysitter, like Jimmy Kimmel. If he’s left to his own devices, he simply cannot function properly.
Easy tasks people take for granted each day–like being able to read and understand words–are very difficult for a man whose brain hasn’t been the same since Hunter brought home his first score of meth. I’m not saying Biden smoked himself stupid, but I am saying it’s been that long since Biden may have had a working prefrontal cortex. And it really shows when his writers put more than one word up on the teleprompter. It’s just too much.

A few things.
I don’t know what kind of technology we have to actually “improve climate,” i.e. change the general climate of a given area, but if we have it, I’d like to turn down the temperature in Texas. It’s very hot here, and I don’t like it.
Second, we know what he’s trying to say. It’s just sad that a man who has been regurgitating the same old talking points for years and years can’t seem to string any of the words together anymore. This is something that should be reflex like it is for every other leftist. “Ree, we must increase our investment in climate change and decrease our reliance on fossil fuels, ree!” See, even I know the line. The fact that it stumped Biden, causing his brain to buffer numerous times is, well, concerning.
It isn’t the first time, and it certainly won’t be the last. It’ll just become worse as what few working synapses in his brain die off.
