Did you catch what President Biden said about “reproductive rights” (code language for abortion) during the State of the Union speech last week?
Instead of focusing on unifying the country or our nation’s progress, he used the platform for political purposes especially around the topic of unborn life, and not in a positive way…. Our President even went so far as to mock our Supreme Court justices and the overturn of Roe v. Wade, and intimated that pro-lifers have “no clue about the power of women,” framing abortion as a symbol of American freedom.
Friends, this is deeply troubling.
The pro-life cause is at its heart about love and human dignity. No woman should face an unexpected pregnancy alone or be told that abortion, the death of her child, is the only way she can be free or empowered. That is why we march! We are committed to walking With Every Woman, For Every Child. Across the country, more than 3,000 pregnancy resource centers and maternity homes offer vital support to women in need. These women need your help.

President Biden’s State of the Union tied women’s strength to the so-called “healthcare” abortion provides. But isn’t that a weak understanding of what makes for a strong woman? The truth is that choosing life is empowering, and that the majority of women (70%) who choose abortion would have preferred to choose life if they had the support they needed. And this is why we march. We march for women to be able to choose life!
The March for Life continues to grow year-after-year, not only as a meeting place for pro-life Americans to gather in Washington, D.C., but also in YOUR HOME STATE, where the fight for life is taking place.
Our state marches, this year in 14 states, celebrate the life-affirming work of the pro-life movement. Now more than ever, our voices need to be heard
And to Joe Biden: Yes, the overturn of Roe v. Wade is a milestone worth celebrating. It’s a step towards securing human rights for the most vulnerable among us. Since our president will not, we will continue to walk with every woman and march for every child. We will not rest until every life is protected and every woman is valued.
