Jada Pinkett Smith has finally — FINALLY — spoken out about her husband Will Smith assaulting Chris Rock at the Oscars. She just wants everybody to get along.
The actress opened up the new episode of Red Table Talk addressing the incident. Talking direct to the camera, she said, “about Oscar night, my deepest hope is that these two intelligent, capable men have an opportunity to heal, talk this out and reconcile.” Adding that with the state of the world today, “we need them both.”
Let’s recap.
Jada Pinkett Smith had been emasculating her husband Will Smith for years. She turned him into a punchline as the world’s biggest cuck.
Chris Rock told a joke about a movie at the Oscars, that referenced Jada not having hair. Will Smith found it funny. Jada Smith did not find it funny. Will Smith realized he wasn’t allowed to find it funny anymore and attacked Rock live on stage.
Jada Pinkett Smith laughed as it happened.
Chris Rock said of the assault, “I got smacked by the softest n**** that ever rapped.”
As for reconciling, Chris Rock did nothing wrong. It’s the matter of Will Smith apologizing to Rock for being a douche, and Rock deciding if he wants to accept the apology or not.
Chris Rock I’m fairly certain has moved on with his life. While the Smiths try milking the incident one last time.
