
CNN conservative commentator Scott Jennings is reportedly open to replacing outgoing Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) if President Donald Trump gives him the go-ahead.
“If the president wants me, I’ll run,” Jennings, a Kentucky native, said at an afterparty following the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, according to a report. “If he wants somebody else, I’ll support that candidate.”
