It’s hard to know whether we can fully trust America’s FBI or not, but at least for now, people at the agency at least pretending to still hold some Democrats accountable.
Starting with the Mayor of New York City, Eric Adams.
Allegedly, Adams received free upgrades on Turkish Airlines, sources familiar with the matter confirmed.
Seeing as how Eric Adams is an extremely powerful politician, it is VERY fair to ask what Adams did or promised to do in return for such good favor from Turkish Airlines.
The FBI is now investigating whether or not the reason that Adams was “upgraded to the most expensive seats available on international flights as part of a wider corruption probe.”
For now, Adams has kissed two of his cellphones, and his iPad goodbye while the FBI goes through their contents.
Brendan McGuire, special counsel for Adams, has also provided a statement to Fox News Digital that entailed exactly what you would expect from someone attempting to advocate for a Democrat in hot water.
“As Borough President, the Mayor consistently disclosed his official travel to Turkey, did not receive any improper upgrades and did nothing inappropriate in exchange for an upgrade,” McGuire said.
The special counsel also went on to say that “speculation is not evidence.”
“We look forward to a just and timely conclusion to this investigation,” McGuire continued.
McGuire better buckle up and expect the unexpected when it comes to this investigation.
Times are changing.
No one is above the law in this country.
More and more liberals that used to weasel their way out of trouble have been being held accountable when it is necessary.
If Adams truly does have dirty hands, we hope he too will be held accountable.
