A Georgia woman is still missing three weeks after her apparent disappearance.
Briana Winston, 23, was possibly last seen at the Garden Wood Apartments in Clayton County. Winston also did not show up for her two jobs, according to WSB-TV.
Winston’s relatives told the news outlet that the leasing office at Winston’s apartment claimed someone cleaned out her unit after her disappearance. Additionally, a family member said they found a bag — containing bleach and a pair of shoes — behind her apartment building.
Winston’s 4-year-old daughter reportedly lives with her father, and family members said she had a bad relationship with him. WSB-TV reported that the father was recently arrested for stealing almost $8,000 in money orders from a business. However, authorities have not disclosed whether this is related to Winston’s disappearance.
Winston’s cousin said, “She has a daughter that she would never leave.”
According to posts on social media, Winston is 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 218 pounds. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call Detective J. Bryson at 678-610-4713.
