Congress’ latest spending bill is a dumpster fire.
$25 million in anti-gun studies funding
Congressional private security funding
Pet project earmarks
and so much more
Gun Owners of America wrote a letter to both Republican and Democrat leaders of the House and Senate to reveal the unconstitutional and anti-gun overreach of the $1.2 trillion dollar funding bill.
They lay it out below:
The latest government funding bill has a total of $25 million (split between CDC & NIH) to fund anti-gun “studies” to promote & advocate gun control.
Such grants currently fund “research” on gun confiscation, a “firearm retirement” age for seniors & more!
In case anyone is wondering, it is technically $12.5 million for CDCgov and $12.5 million for NIH for “Firearm Injury and Mortality Prevention Research” for a total of $25 million.
There’s more!
